Diane M. Dramko, Esq. has been a Certified Family and County Court matter since 1998 and has participated in many mediations over the years both as a mediator and representing a party. She understands the need to help people come to an agreement between themselves instead of having a judge make decisions that neither party would like.
The office is very casual so that the parties can feel comfortable during the process.

Even though Diane Dramko is also a family court attorney in Lee county for over 20 years, she uses this experience to help the parties reach a fair and just resolution. However, Ms. Dramko does not give legal advice to any party before, during or after retained as a Mediator.
Neither party needs to have a lawyer for mediation, but if either party wishes to have an attorney review the documents prior to signing them, that can be arranged. Therefore, no one should feel pressured into signing anything that they do not feel comfortable with.
