Mediation is primarily used when two parties feel that they can come to an agreement between themselves, but that they need someone
to draft the document. It is an informal and non-adversarial process.
Mediation is used both prior and after filing
any lawsuits. Most cases will be sent to mediation before any the matter will be sent in front of a judge.
